Lifebridge mobilizes, organizes, and equips communities to provide foster and at-risk youth with a safe, healthy environment to learn, grow and reach their full potential.
We accomplish our mission in two ways. First, our responsive efforts assist with stabilizing youth and families impacted by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Next, our preventive efforts disrupt unhealthy patterns and motivate youth to choose a productive lifestyle while providing them with the life skills and tools they need for success.
My Lifebridge Academy
To combat the growing inequities within the foster care system, My Lifebridge Academy was created to empower teens and young adults with the essential skills needed to navigate life successfully through education, employment, and mentoring.
We provide comprehensive tools, encouragement, guidance, and support to enable long-term success and help prevent potential obstacles such as unplanned pregnancy, incarceration, addiction, and homelessness.
